The tactical goal of the top management is to incorporate the Equity Brokerage business, by adhering to all compliances of regulators. Strategically, management wants to establish this business in accordance with the best practices of good corporate governance define by the apex and other regulators i.e. SECP, PSX, CDCP, and NCCPL, and become the top brokerage house that provide complete brokerage services. The ultimate goal of the management is to get equity financing by offering their shares into public (IPO) and register as a public listed company at Pakistan Stock Exchange.
